Food was great and very in expensive!!! We got the beef chow mein, orange chicken and beef wontons, the wonton to meat ratio was off and that's why we took a star off, they didn't taste bad.

For these who have not been here, please consider yourself lucky.............
And for these who leave super positive review on their food you must being joking!!!!
Maybe 99 Ranch Market should have a cafeteria to serve food on regular basis.
I also echoed sentiment one of the review that how have they survive all these years.
It was torture to my stomach and misrepresentation what good Chinese food looks like.
I will not return and wish restaurant owner good luck. -

How did this place get 4 stars??
Service: 2/5, slow service, had to wave down server
Cleanliness: 2/5. Others yelp reviews are right about this.
Spicy wonton: 2/5, no flavor, way too much dough and barely any meat
Beef noodle soup: 3/5, just okay, a little too oily
Beef roll: 2/5, all wrapping and barely any beef and beef is super dry
2 stars! -

Noodle House is a throw back to Chinese restaurant of yester-years - questionable cleanliness but good food. Some things on the table are just greasy to the touch. For those less tolerant on cleanliness maybe this isn't the place. Some of our fork were not clean and we asked for chopsticks. We made sure to wipe them down also.
But we enjoyed the food. They were freshly prepared and tasted authentic. The handcut noodles were especially good, definitely worth a try. The XLB were juicy and tasty but not on par with the more famous places. The green onion pancake was flakey on the outside and soft and tasty in the inner layers.
Overall a good option. During our meal, a few tour buses pulled up, filling the restaurant. I'm glad we got our food before these large group arrived. -

Soooo here's the thing. This place is literally partnered with major bus tours (chinese ones of course), and they're PACKED every 30-45 mins bc these busloads of ppl come swarming in and out. AND if you happen to be one of the unfortunate tables squished into a corner and swiftly ignored, that's the reason why.
Our party of 6 was shoved into a back makeshift booth. We weren't approached to have our order taken bc they were focusing on the bus tour groups. No lie...FIVE bus tour groups came in and out before we finished our meal. And that was bc they took FOREVER to take our order. And then forgot about our orders. And then came back WAY later to ask if we got everything and we were still missing half the dishes.
It was honestly the most bizarre experience I've ever had eating at a chinese restaurant in this area. The food was okay, but completely unmemorable. In the end, we couldn't even waive any of the waiters over to pay for the meal. I noticed all other random (none bus tour groups) experiences were the same as ours (lacked attention, missing food, etc). Two stars for semi decent food. Everything else was bad. Will not be returning.
